We waited for 10 minutes just to pay! The cashier walked away to take care of someone who came in after us (they were served & left before we could pay). The cashier saw me standing with my drink, but she walked away anyway.
What can I say? Excellent service. The best staff. Friendly servers who take pains to ensure customer satisfaction. Products very tasty portions just right. Prices are on the higher side but not noticed so much since everything else is so positive!
They overcharged me on my order. My app said I got any iced or hot coffee for $0.99 since the Blues won last night but they charged me full price and I paid with my app. They also said happy hour ended in Sept when I just got happy hour the day before at another location when they informed me Happy hour drinks were back. Won't be back to this location.
5 days in a row, I've gotten the wrong order. Wrong cappuccino, wrong wrap. I even started having my order read back to me to make sure my order is correct, in addition to asking the person taking my order to have my wrap cooked 3x as long as I have received a cold wrap and not fully cooked egg (on more than one occasion).
I have called and spoken to a manager more than once and still having issues. Hence, here's my review.
Big fan if DD coffee. Favorite time to go is happy hour. 3-6pm every day. Any size iced coffee, tea, or lemonade for .99¢. A very good deal. Donuts are fresh and delicious. Feel like ice-cream? There's a 31 flavors at this location as well!
