Good clothes at a great price
The store is really dirty. Dead bugs in the display case at the front. Dusty drink displays and some of the clothes were dirty. If they just gave the store a deep clean, the experience would have been a lot better.
Sales associates are somewhat snotty
I love Old Navy's shirts and usually buy quite a few when they have sales. They seem to hold up better than the ones from JC Penney's and fit me almost perfectly. Their stores are always clean and the staff usually seem to be aware of their customers which is nice. This store has the greatest customer service of any of their stores I've visited.
