If I could give a zero or negative number I would. Went in for a check up and cleaning. Instead they tried to shove $4500 (after insurance payment) of work they said was necessary. Got 2nd opinion totally different. There are thousands of neg reviews for this chain. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

The only drawback to the appointment was that it went on a long tome. I didn't get out of there till 10:00. Luckily, I didn't have anywhere I had to be.

I made my appointment at 4:45 Thursday night I did not know that they call you back that night to confirm your appointment so since I did not do that cuz I was sleeping b/c i was in pain .when I went there at 9:30 Friday they cancelled my appointment so mad!! But I say, just talked to her and they were awesome enough to squeeze me in because they did give my appointment away to somebody else they said it would be awhile but I was in so much pain I did not care I needed to see someone so I sat there from 9 a.m. to 2 in the afternoon but they were able to help me... I've had a lot of dental problems in a lot of teeth pulled and I must say this was the worst teeth pulling EVER they keep saying your filling pressure lots of pressure NOOO it was pain not pressure...i was very thankful they got me in before I started my new job on Monday so I was happy even though I was in a lot of pain not pressure

My appointment was for 8:15 and I was quickly called back. The lady who cleaned my teeth was very pleasant and told me how to better care for my teeth. The dentist came in and was great to talk to also.

I really like the staff of people that work in there!

I went in to have a broken tooth looked at. I was able to schedule an appointment very quickly online. They did a thorough examination on me and did determine that I had some extra work that needed to be done, which wasn't surprising because I not been to a dentist in a number of years. They took the time to explain all the work needed as well as the costs and were able to get me in again later that day for a deep cleaning. The hygenist was extremely friendly and made very sure that I understood what work was being done and what my responsibilities would be at home. She did want me to use a specific type of electric toothbrush, but did not force me to purchase one from them as I already have a different one at home. I have some follow-up appointments set to have my broken tooth extracted as well as a few cavities filled, and I'm looking forward to excellent additional care.

Not pleased at all will never use or recommend to anyone was given one price for a simple pull and charged way more. Was in the office for over 2 hours to get 2 teeth pulled after seeing 6 different people took only 5 minutes to pull both teeth.
