If you have an easy sell he is great. If you have a challenging sell you may need to look elsewhere. We were excited to work with him at the beginning. Unfortunately our excitement faded after several months in and our house wasn't selling. To much time was spent on lowering price little by little. This tells me he didn't know or do a market analysis on the area or he was possibly afraid to be honest and tell us the reality listing price.He was very responsive agent in the beginning but as time went on and our house wasn't selling his follow up calls became scarce, replies would be "I don't know" or very vague answers. I don't know how many times we heard the fisherman/bait story. That story got old pretty fast. After much frustration our house finally sold.Jeremy is a nice man but may need to work on his people skills when it comes to a challenging sell.
