We agreed on a date as soon as winter weather would allow they would come and do the work.

The estimate was explained in what to expect as their service of the roofing replacement.Excellent work performed!! They did a complete tear off in two days, with clean up. As quickly as the long winter weather allowed Tri-State Roofing's crew worked quickly and professionally to tear the old shingles, and started with the membrane and shingles as weather allowed, in two days they had almost completed the roof. They detected another part of the roof that had some damaged and proactively contacted about the work to be done and the duration it would take to get it all completed.
We are very satisfied with and happy with Tri-State’s work and skill.
Ryan discovered two soft spots on the roof as well sharing that he could have the damage and the "soft spots" or the sheeting replace early the next day. He was right! He had his crew at our home by 8:30 am the next morning and done by 11:30 am. Three pieces of sheeting and 2 square of shingles later and you can't tell there was any damage. Tri State did an awesome job of matching the shingles, because our roof is 9 years old, but you can hardly tell the difference.
After two extra days the entire roof was completed and the house looks great.
I would describe Tri State's roofing work as clean, efficient, quick, and very accurate. They cleaned up the tear off shingles and sheeting as they went so as to not destroy my landscaping and yard. There was no over estimating or guess work. They did what was needed and treated our home like their own.

After a spring storm on Monday, we discovered that shingles and the ridge cap on our main roof were ripped up and lying over on the rest of the roof. I called Tri State Roofing and Renovations at 5:30 pm and reached Ryan. Ryan came to our house within 20 minutes and was on the roof to access the damage. Ryan walked the entire roof checking and making sure that there wasn't more damage.
After 3 weeks now and two phone calls to this company, I am STILL waiting on getting just the estimate for a roofing project!! This is the second time I've tried to give Tri State Roofing a chance in the last year and both times this has happened! Unbelievable!
A couple of days later, as he had said, met us at home to discuss our options. He was very professional, and a competitive quote was presented line by line and he went the extra mile to make sure we understood it and explained any additional costs that we may incur. He provided us with the addresses of homes with new roofs in the area, also mentioned a list of other home addresses for roofs Tri-State Roofing had done. The handful we looked at looked great!
