If you're planning to store anything you want to keep and/or use again I would not use this place. Initially we used this for extra large items from the garage, but needed a place to put things while our house was on the market. We put extra furniture, toys and clothes out there for about six months until our house sold and we moved. When we got the furniture out, it was ruined with water stains and covered in mold. I went thru one box and saw a rodent had chewed up the contents and left it's droppings everywhere. Unfortunately, due to time constraints, I was not able to go through all the items and everything was packed on a truck with my other belongings that were not stored in the unit. Everything is currently in storage for a few months until our house is ready. I'm sure we will have to replace everything due to mold contamination when all is said and done.
