Called and made an appointment for my 2008 ultra classic with 40000 miles on it to be picked up on July 13 . It had a few things needed done before the warranty ran out at the end of July. It needed a stator and a voltage meter and some new switches and. 40000 mile service. . I would call every few days to check on the progress and the service department was not very friendly and told me almost every time I call that it was time for me to get a new bike. I did not need a new bike I just needed my bike fixed .. about a week after they picked it up I called them once again to check on the progress because nothing had been done and they told me that they were waiting on the parts .. for the next few weeks my husband and I would call randomly and they would still say they were waiting on parts and that they were on back order and would not be ready until August 14 .. after almost a month my husband called them and said there's no way that you can't find these parts and they said we'll call you right back .. they called back later that day and said will have it ready tomorrow . Two days later it was ready and we brought it home .None of the little Chrome beauty caps and inserts were put back on. The Allen head bolts on the primary cover are not there and they put a scratch in the primary cover. The oil where they took it off the oil filter is just all over the underneath of it. They did not fix the switches on the dash and the warranty has run out now and they had it for 30 days and they did a piss poor job on all of it. They complained about having to deal with a warranty through the whole process.
I love Harley Shops, however this one is probably most disappointing shop I've ever been in. I can always find something I like, not the case here. They had very little selection and the sizes were either xs or XL. It looked like a new shop so maybe they haven't built up their stock.
Take your motorcycle up and get it detailed their it is one guy in their that treats your motorcycle like his own just let him have his time with her he makes the motorcycles look better than what they do when they come off the truck brand new he may take a while but his name is on every motorcycle he touches and he makes them look great
Came to Quincy IL just to stop in here. Checked Website. It states Open Sunday 12-4. So we timed our trip out from KCMO. Except we get here and they are closed. Sign on door says closed Sundays and Mondays. They really should change their website. We were not happy bikers. And we weren't the only ones. Their were others stopping too. Poorly run Business.
Be careful, bad to deal with on e bay. They offer a deal then change their mind and try to add hidden fees . Not very trustworthy.
