We have used Enterprise in Quincy for several years. Have never been disappointed in their service or vehicles. Highest praise for the staff! Always willing to help and also flexible as our rental times and date sometimes change several times.
On top of that the oil change indicator came on and wouldn't go off. The life of the oil read 0%, the oil tag said the last oil change happened 21,000 miles ago and even when I called in, this seemed to be a non-issue for them. More than likely the car received an oil change, but the issue does nothing for the peace of mind of the driver.
The staff always has a smile on their face, and make sure you leave satisfied.
I have rented pretty much every time from Enterprise. However, I may not again. The vehicle I was rented smelled very strong of some type of smoke. For a non-smoker this is definitely nauseating.
Then on our trip the air conditioning went out of the vehicle. They advised me to switch it out at a location nearest to me. I called 10 different places and not one would accommodate me and exchange the vehicle. I had to use the vehicle for a day and a half without air in 90 degree weather.
Even though I received a small discount (3 days off of a 15 day rental) and there was finally some resolution to the issue, I still felt that for a $400 rental it wasn't worth it to go through all of that. I think I might try another rental place for my next one.
All of this was very frustrating, but then, when I was finally able to trade in the rental SUV for another vehicle, they didn't give me a comparable SUV, they gave me a car. I was pretty much done so I just took it.
We haven't rented yet and we are serious reviewer's and this is the first time checking a review where the Company actually takes bad reviews seriously and actual responds to the Clients. I find this to be a very excellent way to do business as a business owner myself I take pride in my work and no matter the Client even the difficult one's have my personal guarantee of 100% Satisfaction and to see such commitment is extremely rare in the World today. So I gave you a rating of 5 Star's for being the first company in my experience to activity address low ratings and their issue's. I would be proud to say we are choosing Enterprise for our Vehicle Renting needs.
The workers were very nice! I Didnt understand the deposit situation very well at the end and they explained it very well. Danielle (I think) Was awesome!
