I've always had good experiences here but this time was above and beyond. I took my phone in to have a cracked screen replaced. It worked fine other than the shattered glass. They went through three new screens without success. Either the image was upside down or the touch didn't work. When they put the original screen back in the touch didn't work anymore. Now this may have been their fault or it may have been a symptom of the screen being cracked. Regardless, they wanted to make me happy. So they are buying me a new version of my same make and model. I didn't have to ask they just offered. Made me say "Wow!". Shop here.
