Great company, except for the shop. They are painfully slow.
Like any job, you may have those few that complain, usually the same folks that aren't willing to work, expected everything handed to them . I have seen instances where dispatchers have given them what they wanted, but the driver has fallen short, every excuse but the one where he/she doesn't own up to it for falling short or unable to do the job.
Well I gave you my 2 cents, that's about as honest as ya can get with a review.

I've been with the company 12.5 years. For the most part you can make good money and a decent living.Like anything else in life you have to be willing to work for it.
It's over gone some management changes, people got old and retired, Like any trucking job, you have to see if it works for you. I myself run more less a set route, home 2 days a week 40 hours plus, can't complain, I happen to live in Tennessee so it does work out for myself.
I enjoyed my time with sharkey, paid well and had no dispatch problems, got me home every weekend without fail. But had to leave because of family needs, and too bad no dogs allowed. But good company.
