Great company, great people!! 2 yr 16 weeks, with them but who's counting, right? Home time was always accomplished as promised, average miles per week, roughly 2100 or more, during holiday it might less, but for most part my fleet manager always made up for it. Today 5-11-2017, I'm officially turning my truck in after driving it 245, 000 miles, I'm retiring at age 62. It's been a real journey.
Why are the bonuses always late? It's not a quarterly bonus if youre always 2 months into the next quarter and haven't received the previous ones yet. Was counting on that to make up for the week sitting in shop with a broken down truck. Instead of quarterly bonus just change it to anually so maybe you can actually pay them.
