Tried to work with them on a trade in and used vehicle. They were unwilling to work with me based on how much they had invested in their vehicle and the low balled me on mine. Went to Poage in Hannibal and got an equivalent vehicle for less and a better value on my trade. Had a similar issue in the past.
Truely sad our community is stuck with this dealership. Years of bad reviews yet Crysler has let this dealership continue. I wish my service experience was an isolated experience. Many in the community have have had nightmare experiences at this dealership. Don't make the dealership owner mad at you by pointing out his family members in the back are making inappropriate repairs to your vehicle. He just might yell at you all the way across the parking lot to your vehicle. Truly a sad dealership. I've taken 2 vehicles to this dealership for service and never will again. Just my opinion.
We just got through purchasing a vehicle with Little Jess. The sales crew is awesome, especially Jeremy. He was low pressure and extremely helpful, going above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were happy with our car - he has taken time out of his own off day to come over and go over the high number of smaller features (we covered the important ones at the dealership) with my wife, which is just amazing. The best car shopping experience I've had from a dealer. The Finance Manager (Mike) and other salesman (Tony) were also great, working late to help answer all our questions and make sure we were getting what we wanted. Thanks!
