We drove 3 hours to see a particular car that my wife, Debbi wanted. They were very helpful and friendly and gave us a great price quote on-line. The sales people worked with us and never resorted to any shady sales tactics. They were all very professional and took the time to explain everything about the new car that we purchased. We would gladly return for our next car buying adventure.
The salesman was great! I had my windows tinted. When I picked up my car my window tint was not what I paid for (money wasted)The stuff he used to tint my window ran down the inside and outside of my car. The good thing my salesman said bring my car and they will clean it. What about my tint I spend 200.00 on?
Recently bought a new Rav4 and drove a long way to get to this dealership. I've bought numerous cars and pu's in the past but NEVER had I had the experience from any of the others like I got at Shottenkirk. I closed my deal by phone and when I came to pick up the vehicle there were no surprises and they actualy made me feel like my purchase was important.. Even with 2 Toyota dealers closer I'll probably make the 3 hour r/t to have the car serviced there.
