was upset about that because I knew it was almost 9000 miles when they got it. I told my wife that now I have to prove that I haven't ridden my bike over 1000 miles since the brake change. I don't know the policy in how long the warranty is on a brake pad change, but to ride only highway...barely ever having to break....and only about 10 maximum rides, I wouldn't think my break pad would wear down. I haven't called or taken it in yet, but like I told my wife, I'm sure I'm screwed because the guy write 8000 exactly for the mileage when it was about 8700 to 8900.

Great knowledge of motorcycles, atvs, side by sides etc. Tgey offer you food and drink and dont mind answering any and all questions one might have. I cut my toe last time i was there and the owner Bryan Smith came right out and bandaged my toe for me. In my opinion best place in town for any of your motorcycle or off road needs!! ❤❤❤❤❤

Definitely agree with the one the said they make you feel like family more than just a customer. I had to come back on here to change my rating because after I left the past one and I rode my bike again a few days later, I realized I had made a mistake and that's why I was hearing a whistling from the back brake. I won't go into detail, but I want to say that I am really sorry for the original 4 star and complaint. I spoke too soon. I also appreciate the kind call I received from Smith Brothers. The guy wanted to make whatever was wrong, right. At that time I had already realized there was nothing wrong and that everything was done as neesed. I told the guy this and that I plan to change my rating and comment. I had gotten dirt and water on the back brake which caused a house which led me to believe the breaks weren't repaired. It took me a few days after my original rating to figure out that it was my fault. Sorry I took so long to change this. Thank you for the great service and the offer to fix what I thought was wrong. Thanks for understanding and not getting upset at all about this whole thing. You guys are great.
