My car was hit by a suv, so I desperately needed a nice new car. I went to this dealer three times, all 3 diffirent salesmen are nice , explained everything to me. But none of them ask or offer me a test drive. I did not ask them, because I thought maybe the dealer has its own concerns or maybe just me???.

I absolutely love the service here. It is a bit pricey but definitely worth the money, they have amazing mechanics that are honest, hard working, and very knowledgeable about whatever u need. They work with me, gave me advice ,and pointed me in the right direction for the parts I needed.
We had a rather unpleasant surprise when given a service bill. It was partly due to a communication problem. But the service manager (Dan) saw what had happened, he fixed the problem, and personally explained what had happened. Not everyone will do that, and we were satisfied with the explanation, and the service service. And, as I told Dan, if we need service again we will be back.
I drove 2.5 hrs to Bmw and Mercedes dealers in Springfield and St.louis, they did not have any problem to let me test drive $60,000 cars and yes, i bought a white Bmw 535.
